  • Service will be carried out and completed efficiently in the shortest possible time.
  • The quality of service will be of high standard.
  • Service will be given by experienced and proven staff members.
  • Staff members are expected to present themselves in neat attire and of good grooming at all times.
  • The initial contact with the client will be done by an English speaking technical manager or coordinator. This person will then continue to act as client representative until completion of the work.
  • Inspection of the work to be done will be carried out immediately after the initial meeting. This inspection will be done by the client representative and technical staff with the client fully briefed of all eventualities.
  • After inspection an estimate quotation will be prepared. After agreement with the client of the estimate, work will begin as soon as possible.
  • The client representative or quality control manager will supervise all work carried out by staff. No work will be undertaken without the client's consent and subject to his approval.
  • Proforma invoice is prepared and delivered to the client.
